You can customise how Conversagent greets customers by going to Training > Instructions in the admin dashboard (available on GROW and PRO plans, or during the 21-day free trial).

There are two options:

1. Static Greeting
   
• Toggle AI Greeting off.
  
• A pop-up will appear where you can enter a fixed greeting message.
  
2. AI-Generated Greeting
   
• Toggle AI Greeting on.
  
• Click Edit to customise the instructions that guide how Conversagent generates greetings.
  

Note: Switching between AI and static greetings will reset your previous settings for the other.

If you’re using the floating chat version, you can also customise the greeting pop-up timing or disable it entirely in your Theme Customiser > App Embeds under “Show Greeting Popup” and “Delay Greeting Popup.”
